CIM-LRD has a proven track record of advocating for our membership base and for being a trusted resource in times of need.

The Labor Relations Division was established by parent company Construction Industries of Massachusetts, Inc. in 1976.  Our membership base is entirely comprised of members that are signatories to collective bargaining agreements and our goals and initiatives are focused on supporting our members and developing valuable programs that benefit our members and their families.
