100% Reimbursement Opportunity

 CIM-LRD is proud to offer 100% tuition reimbursement for two types of programs:

  1. Any training or certification program required by an awarding authority. Typical training programs that are eligible are: MassDOT Sidewalk Training, ATTSSA and NETTCP programs, EPA regulations training, etc. There is a $20,000 cap on reimbursements per company per calendar year. This will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Effective January 1, 2024, any construction or safety training. There is a $20,000 cap on reimbursements per company per calendar year. This will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, effective January 1, 2024, CIM-LRD will reimburse its contractor members for all PPE expenses. There is a $10,000 cap on reimbursements per company per calendar year. This will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

50% Tuition Reimbursement

Educational reimbursement benefits are available to contractor members for professional development of their employees by providing financial assistance for certain education-related expenses. CIM-LRD is proud to develop the career-readiness and professionalism of our members to ensure they are well-equipped to adapt to new ideas and change within the industry.

The CIM-LRD reimburses 50% of the costs for degree/certificate programs associated with business-related coursework.
